Take a few minutes to reflect over the past nine weeks. We have completed several assignments, learned many new things, and are now responsible for updating club/organizational webpages.
Club/Organizational pages
Even if you have not heard from your advisor, please email them AGAIN – this time, copy me (CC) so that I can follow up for you. If you have, let me know what you are doing with or have already done with/for your club.
You need pictures of your clubs ASAP – They will be due by Monday, October 27. If you need to borrow a camera, please let me know.
Class work Reflection
Use this time to reflect on the first nine weeks. Look at our work and the kind of work you have been producing. Evaluate your progress and the type of work you have been turning in – be honest. Tell me if you are happy with your work/progress – and if you foresee any changes for this next nine weeks.
This reflection should be at least one paragraph – with 6 or more sentences. Key the reflection in Word, spell/grammar check and then post. You need to have a response posted before class on Wednesday, October 22.

Ms. Rhodes,
This is Tiffiny and I am working on the NHS page with Jessica. We have our website almost completed. The only things we are missing are photos, member's names, and meeting times. All this, (except the pictures), information we have requested from Mr. Gillespie and he still hasn't sent them. I am pleased with the work that we have accomplished and I love the website. There might be some changes in the next nine weeks due to the changes in meeting times.

I have had an amazing time in Web Development this year. We have done many amazing projects and learned many awesome new things so far this year. We have done projects like creating websites using Google Sites. Google Sites is a great WYSIWYG web editor that requires no HTML coding at all. We are constantly updating our sites with new information, pictures, and videos about and from our clubs. We are also working on a set of websites for Guidance. We have also begun very basic HTML editing and coding which is very fun. My Guidance announcements page is completed and is being updated with new information weekly. My club website will come into full swing once elections have taken place. Overall, I have had a fun time in Web Development this first nine weeks.
STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM MS. LEIGH. NEED PICS FOR THE WEBSITE.

i am doing many things right now. First i am trying to figure out who is in some of the club photos. after that i am going to try and put more pictures in the website. i am almost done so i am felling happy. Don't worry about the 27th deadline because it should be done by then. on a different note this is a fun class. beside the trouble with the HTML image thing i am really happy with my work. I actually honestly feel that i have been turning in some realy good work so far
Ms. Rhodes,
I am working on the GTCHS dance team page. I have completed the site but i still will have to make changes for the dates and meeting times or dance shows. I am only missing the actual dance dates. I have requested them from mrs. latimer. I guess i enjoy this website but i would rather a different one. ha dancing is not really my thing.
Over the past nine weeks, I have learned quite a lot in this Web Design class. From contrast to HTML, I feel that I am confident when it comes to doing HTML. I love the freedom of being able to listen to music as well as learning and doing hands on activities. The style of learning (no lectures, book work etc..) seems to be working perfectly for me and the other students in the class. The work assigned has not been too much for me to handle. I feel that I would learn the material better if we went slower through HTML. That was the most difficult part for me. The websites are a problem. I was given the FCA which is going nowhere and that leaves me with nothing to do, including having to continue writing blogs about the progress when there is none. I have been working with Lacole on Guidance, doing the college essays link. I have finished with that.

Hey Ms. Rhodes,
This is Jessica. Tiffiny and I are working on National Honor Society. We are close to completion we just need to attend the meeting coming up. We can take pictures and find out when the club will have their meetings. Could we borrow a camera on thursday? As of the last nine weeks I am very happy with my grades and hope the next nine week will be even better.

Over the past couple, weeks our class has done a profuse amount of fascinating and exciting work. Learning how to key in HTML, like using google sites, was a unique and wholly gratifiying experience, and I am proud of my effort and work results, even if they fall short from perfect. My Drama Club web site is basicaly finished; I just need to add a list of members.

uI still have not recieved the pictures from Mrs. BW. She told me that she would send me those, so i will email her again to try and get those.
I can definitely see why this class is called web design. Everything we have done in this class has had to do with creating a website. I now know that if I ever need to make a website, I can at least get one started. I think that I have made acceptable progress in this class so far. I have turned in all the work that I know of. I am content with the progress I have made and don’t see any changes in the future.

These past nine weeks have been alright, I have learned a lot of new things about web pages and stuff. Andrew and I have had a pretty good time making the Junior Civitan Club Webpage. It was more work at the beginning then a big blah period with that club because they had not started up for the year yet, but now they are up and running and we have few pictures, we are looking forward to some upcoming events to attend with the club and take new pictures of the officers and club members. Mrs. Morgano is doing an excellent job of informing us with new upcoming events for the club. We have met a few times to get this year’s information and some pictures. This class has been pretty fun for the past nine weeks. I enjoy having this computer class as my last class of the day. And I have to be honest, I have the best seat in the class, Andrew and Michael keep me entertained, and we really do get all of our work done, and have fun at the same time. =)
Web Development has been very helpful so far. I have learned quite a lot about html, alignment, contrast, repetition, and so on. My favorite assignment was the html programming because it was very easy to catch on. I feel like I could have done a lot better in Web Development. My progress has been very great because I have learned so much. I have really enjoyed this class, even though Stewart Thomas distracted me the whole first nine weeks. I think my next nine weeks will show dramatic improvement in the overall quality of my work. Go Mrs. Rhodes Class!

Herro, Mrs. Rhodes! I’ve been doing a lot of class work and other stuff in your class. The first stuff we did in your class was pretty easy and fun, and then we started doing HTML. Oh my gosh, that stuff we did on HTML was so hard. I still don’t understand what to do with a lot of that stuff. But, my club is going pretty well I’ve got a lot of pictures from last year I don’t have any from this year obviously since the season hasn’t started. I still haven’t got a schedule for this year I might get one today but I’m not completely sure at the moment, I’ll defiantly find out today at conditioning. Other than that everything has been going good. I’m pretty happy with the progression I’ve made in this class so I don’t have any complaints.
the one above is stewarts!!!!!
The first nine weeks has been fun so far. The work we have done was overall pretty easy. When we hit html things got a little tough, but I was able to do it successfully. Most everything else was pretty simple, for example the Junior Civitan site that Lindsey and I are working on. I also made my own site for the test which I think I did well on. So far this is my favorite class of the nine weeks.

So far in web design i have learned alot about computers i did not know coming into the class. Although some parts were difficult for me i leaned them i know how do do them in the end. My web page is set up and waiting for pictures and info. Mrs BW still has not emailed me back about club meetings for the model UN. When i receive the information it shouldnt take me long to complete the website. Right now i am just waiting on Mrs. Bw's reply.
Club/Organization Page
I have yet to recieve information from Mrs. Patterson and have yet to contact Mrs. King about any information including a schedule on the Natural Helpers. I have yet to take any pictures of the club or attend any of thier meetings. I have however created the page and has some information on the Natural Helpers.
Class Work Reflection
The first nine weeks was relatively easy . The assignments were fairly simple and I didn't have much if any difficulty with them. I found the HTML so far to be easy for me. I am mostly satisfied with my work, and found little that I wasn't happy with. My progress is relatively small in my oppinion, because I had no difficulty with any of the work. I predict that the work will become more complex, but nothing that I can't keep up with.
